Seniors Alarm is on sale for $479. There is a yearly cost of $49 for the sim card. There are no other Fees associated with the Alarm
Are there any ongoing costs?
You receive 1-year credit allowance from the date of purchase to be used in case of an emergency, and because we have purchasing discounts, you can recharge another $49 from year 2.
Can I get it though NDIS or Myagedcare package
Yes. You can use your funds from NDIS or myagedcare to purchase a Seniors alarm. Contact us for a quote

Delivery in 2-3 business working days to all major states
Can you talk and listen through the Personal Alarm?
Yes. The wearer can talk and listen through the device.

Is the Personal Alarm water resistant?
Do I need to bring a sim card or worry about recharging?
Your first year of usage* is included in the purchase price. A recharge/subscription applies each year thereafter. Under our ‘Fair Use Policy’, the device is to be used as an emergency device only.
Do you setup the Seniors Alarm?
Upon receipt of your order, one of our personal alarm experts will be in contact with you to help get all the information required to setup your device so as to best suit you.
Do you offer product warranty?
Yes, the Senior Alarm medical alarm comes with 12 month warranty.
Do you offer free delivery?
What is your return policy?
If your personal alarm doesn’t work as described or you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we can either fix the issue or process your return and refund.
Can I pay with NDIS or myagedcare?
Yes you can use your available funds to purchase your alarm
Does the call go to a call centre?
No, calls go to your family members, friends and emergency services
Can I use the alarm to find the location of the wearer?
Yes. Simply SMS the device and you will receive a reply with a link to the location of the device.
Is the alarm suited for seniors with hearing concerns?
How often do you have to recharge the Battery?
Recharge the battery every 5 days for 1 hour.
