Whether inside at home, outside in the garden, or even out driving, this lightweight, portable, easy to use solution works with an emergency wearable SOS button, and even provides your exact location.
Seniors Alarm smartly stores up to 8 emergency contacts, and in case of emergency, each of the contacts is alerted immediately via text message.
It’s packed with other smart features like automatic fall detection, smart voicemail recognition, and there are no monthly fees or charges.
Are there any ongoing costs?
There are no ongoing costs.
You receive 1-year credit allowance from the date of purchase to be used in case of an emergency, and because we have purchasing discounts, you can recharge another $49 from year 2.
Is the alarm suitable for non-seniors?
Yes. Seniors Alarm personal alarm is suitable for anyone with a disability, at any age.
Does it connect to mobile network?
Yes. Seniors Alarm uses the Telstra 3G & 4G network, which covers 98.8% of Australia.
Can you talk and listen through the Personal Alarm?
Yes. The wearer can talk and listen through the device. Our speaker has 4 times the output area when compared to other models.
What does the Seniors Alarm weigh?
The seniors alarm only weighs 55g, less than an average gold chain and pendant – making it light and easy to wear.
Is the Personal Alarm water resistant?
Yes, as many falls happen in the bathroom, we made sure the Seniors Alarm is waterproof to IP67 standard.
Do I need to bring a sim card or worry about recharging?
With our Telstra SIM card, you don’t need to check or worry about any prepaid credit, unlike other companies who sell alarms that require sim card installation.
Your first year of usage* is included in the purchase price. A recharge/subscription applies each year thereafter. Under our ‘Fair Use Policy’, the device is to be used as an emergency device only.
Do you setup the Seniors Alarm?

Upon receipt of your order, one of our personal alarm experts will be in contact with you to help get all the information required to setup your device so as to best suit you.

What is your return policy?
If your personal alarm doesn’t work as described or you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we can either fix the issue or process your return and refund.
What is Seniors Alarm geofencing feature?
This feature allows you to place a virtual fence around a location (like a house) and be notified any time the personal alarm wearer wonders out of the fence. this feature is ideal for seniors with early memory loss and can be turned on or off as required.

How often do you have to recharge the Battery?
You should expect the battery lasts about 2-3 days. Seniors Alarm takes around 40 minutes to fully recharge the battery.
